The "blood libel" definition, namely a charge (false) that Jews secretly kill children to use their blood in ancient rituals. have countless massacres of Jews throughout history because of this false belief was held, and this statement seems to Palin trying to establish itself as a martyr. It is an unfortunate choice of words, because Giffords is Jewish.

Public figures from both sides of the aisle have called for people to choose the images and the violent rhetoric and phrases in politics. Palin was chosen only a piece of, proving once again that they are not fit to lead this country because they do not seem to govern his own mouth.
