Qualcomm lake was drained and the Poinsettia Bowl between San Diego State and Navy continue as scheduled today to 17.06 CET clock. Crews from the city of San Diego Wastewater Department began pumping water from inside the Qualcomm Stadium at 7:30 clock clock Wednesday 30/09 and Thursday, the football field was drained and painted.
