Today was Will Eisner's 94th birthday was. It is sad that this legend is gone but his legacy lives on in the form of his works and achievements. Google knows that if today on their website, they have a great tribute to the man, probably the most influential artists, the medium of comics has ever known.
As seen above, is the spirit of Eisner is used in the image and it shows the people of state (and pretty cool) preferably used for the title page of his book, and as can be see below.
Eisner was among the first signatories to the education to understand the power of Visual and written eloquently about the process of comics and comic book Sequential Art (1985) and Graphic Storytelling (1996). Back in 1941, he publicly advocated treating comics as a literary and artistic independent form, and nearly four decades later, contributed to the increase of comics in America, beginning with a contract with God 1978.
I think Google is a pretty cool to do this intelligently, not only because art is, but we people who know nothing, who will set up a little by Eisner.
