(CBS / AP) Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has downplayed the impact of an imminent trial on prostitution and its government can have a political career, said Wednesday he was not worried.

It was the first public statement of the Head 74-year-old as he was Tuesday on charges that he paid for sex with a girl aged 17, of Morocco, called "Ruby Heart Breaker" and then used to cover its influence.
"For the love of my country, I will not talk about," said Berlusconi. "I can only say one thing. I'm not worried at all"
Berlusconi has so far been tried for a number of business expenses, but on April 6 for the first time Berlusconi on charges of personal conduct are tried.
The prosecution said Mr Berlusconi was detained paid for sex with the dancer Morocco nightclub, then used his influence to get them out of custody, when they are making independent flight suspected of 3,000 € (4103 $). They claim that Berlusconi called the police on the night of May 27 to 28 last year, he showed that their relationship is to be feared.
Paying for sex with a prostitute is not a crime in Italy, unless the prostitute under 18 years.
Both Berlusconi and Ruby - who is now the 18 - have refused sex, although she said Berlusconi gave him € 7000 ($ 9,550) at its first session.
Judge Cristina Censo Dee made the indictment with a brief statement that it believes there is sufficient evidence to Berlusconi in an immediate subject, that prosecutors had requested showed. The trial will be heard by a panel of three judges, all women, were selected at random.
The burden of prostitution of a possible prison sentence of six months to three years. Improper use of influence, experts say, is dangerous for Berlusconi, with a possible sentence of four to 12 years. Berlusconi could be permanently barred from public service if found guilty of misuse of his influence.
