This year, make this winter, cool and delicious fudge. Make a memorable vacation in 2010, this simple dessert for your family. You could be a real event to manage the kitchen, participating in any family. Home cooking is so important, especially during the holidays. Just turn the Christmas music, and enjoy cooking. It is a creamy mint fudge. It is with chocolate icing topped with mint topped with candy canes. Every year my family bought Fudge, if we in the picturesque mountains of sweet little shop. It is not just change the party for us, nothing. Well, this year I am my own Christmas fudge. This recipe is very simple and safe, even impressed my picky family.

Winterfresh Fudge recipe
Ingredients
Brownies
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1 / 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips BlackMint Filling:
2-8 oz cream cheese softened Packages
1 / 3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mint extract
2 drops green food coloringFrosting:
1 / 4 cup butter softened
1 1 / 2 cups powdered sugar
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon mint extract
1 tablespoon milk, and more to clarify
8 sticks of sugar, chopped, for garnishMethod
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. In your stand mixer, combine the chocolate and butter mixture, sugar, vanilla and eggs one by one. Mix flour and salt and beat for 30 seconds. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. For filling, mint, beat cream cheese in electric mixer or with a hand, until smooth. Sugar, eggs and peppermint extract. Beat until well received. add Add food coloring and mix well again.
3. Half of the brownie mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Pour the filling and spread evenly. Pour half of brownie batter on top. Bake 40-45 minutes or until sides begin to pull apart and brownies pass the test of toothpicks. Cool.
4. For glaze combine butter with an electric mixer smooth. Sugar and chocolate, butter and beat until well incorporated. Add to get the peppermint extract and enough milk for desired consistency of frosting. Spread frosting over brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
