To be sure, it was a strange decision to publicly declare their love, if it happens in a family devastated probably two. And because children are involved, it was probably a bad choice for presenting it.
Nevertheless, this love. Like it or not, love is complex and it is not always a pretty picture that you attach a bow and call it a day. Life is not a Hallmark card or a Precious Moments doll, and quite frankly, that does what it is delicious. If you really want a love life, more corny cliche than reality?
Your decision to publicly declare their love in the newspaper of record is questionable, given the number of people hurt by her love - the ex-spouses, children and ex-stepparents - but Times's decision , meaning it does feature. If they want to show modern love in all its truths and pains and weaknesses, then it is.
There is no love, someone, somewhere, do not get hurt to where. People fall in love when they are in relationships and sometimes even married. We must work hard to make our marriage is solid and does not allow them to be vulnerable to intrusion. Like it or not, is believed two people.
Stepping outside our comfort zone and longing for something more if we are unhappy, is not only normal, that's what makes us human. It takes a certain amount of courage to support the verdict and the contempt that will surely follow.
Never heard the term "All's Fair in Love and War"? It is a cliché for a reason.
Was it fair to put their romance on the show? (Especially how unhappy children ... look at the photo of the New York Times) Maybe not. But it was real. It was chaotic. This was life. We must be on our judgments and accept that some people make decisions that we could not have made and it is not our place to tell them they are wrong or do they mock and despise the patients or public.
