Google Doodle in honor of Rosa Parks
Google pays tribute to African-American civil rights activist Rosa Parks refused 55 years ago today, his seat on a bus to a white passenger.
Because of the state in 1955, adopted a Parks was arrested in December, sparking a boycott of the bus route in Montgomery, Alabama, took 381 days after its official website. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was appointed spokesman bus boycott and protests throughout the country and demanded equal rights for all citizens.
If you surf the home page of Google USA Today, you'll see the top-Doodle, which results when the user clicks the activist results for.
Google has been really honor a variety of people from their doodle in the past year, including John Lennon, Agatha Christie and even Pac-man (not really a person, but still).
