Eric Johnson, the football player who has been seeing Jessica Simpson for quite some time now has reportedly gotten himself engaged to Jessica when he asked the question (and probably bought the ring, too) last November 11.
Representatives of the couple say that the two are set to hear wedding bells ring in the coming days. The couple is very happy, they can’t live without each other and now they’ve (finally) taken a step to confirming to everybody that they intend to stay with each for a long time.
Jessica has been seen wearing her engagement ring when she promoted her clothing line at Dillard’s mall in Kansas City. And this time, it looks as if she didn’t fetch for the ring herself.
When asked about her engagement, Jessica said, “He’s the one for me right now. I’m very happy! I’m in a great place, and if right now could last forever, I’d take it.â€
