* Bing-Ok-Kwan is the name of Gisaeng residence where Seung-Yoo stays currently. It is owned by means of Jo Seok-Joo(SY's new friend) and managed by Cho-Hee(head gisaeng). It's mentioned in most episode that it is found at Ma-po naru(river dock). Ma-po naru was closest river dock through the capital, enabling crossing of Han River southward then. Old Seoul was positioned only at nothern component of modern Seoul divided through Han River. Gang-Nam(literally it means southwest of river) area wasn't the part of Seoul in that case.
** Han-Sung-Bu is the administrative office of the capital city, Han-Sung then. (Now it's called since Seoul, its original Korean name over the age of Han-sung. ) Also, Han-Sung-Bu may be the organization which Shin Myun goes to.
*** In this episode 13, Seung-Yoo eavesdrop your dialogue between the transgender gisaeng along with his new friend(young as well as silly one) regarding the way Gong Chil-Goo seized the actual control/power from his leader Jo Seok-Joo. Gong Chil-Goo utilised Cho-Hee, Jo's love as a bait/hostage to lure Jo Seok-Joo. There's a scene in which Seung-Yoo thought over what's claimed about bait and bring thing.
